  1. What are your office hours?
    We're open Monday through Friday 7:30am to 7pm, Saturday 8am to 6pm, and Sunday 8am to 5pm. We are closed on Holidays.
  2. Do I need to make an appointment?
    We prefer that you schedule an appointment to allow enough time to do a full exam, and so you will be seen in a timely manner. We do accept walk-ins, but there can be a longer wait time and an additional fee.
  3. What if I have an emergency after you're closed or on Holidays?
    Please call the Emergency Animal Clinic on 9875 W. Peoria Ave at (623) 974-1520 if you have an emergency after 7:00pm on weekdays, or after 6:00pm on Saturdays and 5:00pm on Sundays.
  4. How far in advance do you need to be notified for prescription refills?
    We require a 24 hour advance refill request notice.
