Payment Plans for Goodyear Animal Hospital
Payment plans can be arranged after your pet has had a complete physical exam and consultation by one of our veterinarians. At that time, a treatment plan will be prepared to evaluate the care that will be needed. We are pleased to let you know that we have no interest financing to provide the best medicine for your pet(s).
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license (or legal picture ID)
- Social Security Number
- All payment plans must include hold debit/credits or hold checks for every payment date and payments must be made no less than once a month
- A deposit the day services are rendered
- At least 18 years of age
